We like to laugh in my classes.

And together, we explore not only the body, but also the deep, rich traditions of yogic philosophy.

I am a C-IAYT certified Yoga Therapist with over 1,800 hours of teaching experience. I specialize in slower, somatics-based practices that are taught with creative sequencing, rich philosophy and a sense of humor.

Always a lover of movement, I fell in love with yoga's quiet strength and fierce grace in a high school dance class. Over a 15 years later, my practice has grown deep roots that support every aspect of my life.

In addition to yoga, I love dancing, cooking, travel, and social justice. I believe that building community through yoga truly has the power to create positive social change, as students take what they learn on the mat out into the world beyond.
