This 4-part series is a unique opportunity to explore the roots of your samskaras (habits) more deeply, and to create a framework to change them for good. Each participant will learn make gradual, sustainable changes to support alignment with a deeper Self.
Explore a variety of Ayurvedic rituals and herbal teas, and the effect they can have on your yoga practice. Learn about basic Ayurvedic principles and plant properties, and leave with a personalized ritual to complement your own practice.
No need to worry! In this interactive workshop, we'll investigate how to disrupt patterns in the body and mind that create and perpetuate anxiety. Whether it's making use of movement, breathwork, meditation, or other practices (including supplements and food choices), students will leave with a robust toolkit and hands-on experience to create a more calm, grounded self capable of withstanding the nagging pull of anxious thoughts and feelings.

Start your Thanksgiving Day with a celebration of gratitude and thankfulness to open your body, mind and heart. The practice will include twists, heart-openers and a practice for kindling agni, the digestive fire, to create and benefit healthy digestion. Let us practice and pause to reflect on all that we have, and thank all those people who make a difference in our lives.

Together we'll explore a variety of creative strategies for how mindfulness can strengthen our ability to focus our attention where we want, when we want -- and how to mitigate the addictive allure of smartphones and screens.
I'm excited to announce that I'll be guest teaching a moderately-paced all-levels flow class on Fridays at Flying Studios, every week 2/10-3/24, with the exception of 3/17! Come stretch it out in a warm room heated to slightly above room temperature (but below 80 degrees), spending some time getting into hips, twists, and balances.
Learn what you need to be comfortable in an all-levels class. Appropriate for beginners or those who would like to refresh their understanding of basic poses. Always free for veterans. Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org to register with veteran discount.
