No need to worry! In this interactive workshop, we'll investigate how to disrupt patterns in the body and mind that create and perpetuate anxiety. Whether it's making use of movement, breathwork, meditation, or other practices (including supplements and food choices), students will leave with a robust toolkit and hands-on experience to create a more calm, grounded self capable of withstanding the nagging pull of anxious thoughts and feelings.
