We all carry habits that at one point served us well, but now are no longer needed. This transformative 4-part series (taking place the first Sunday of each month) is a unique opportunity to work in-depth with a supportive community to explore the roots of your habits more deeply, and to change them for good (you don't even have to share what your habit is, unless you want to!).
Participants will practice noticing and responding to desires, attachments and visceral sensations by using mindful movement and reflective meditation. You will then create an embodied narrative of where you've been, where you are, and where you want to go. This workshop will allow each participant to make gradual, sustainable changes to support alignment with a deeper Self.
In this workshop participants will:
- Increase awareness of body sensations and emotions
- Strengthen the ability to sit with discomfort
- Reduce and release unwanted coping strategies
- Make choices aligned with future goals
- Nurture positive embodied experience
- Reduce the risk of burnout
Join us! Participation in the full series is strongly recommended; no drop-ins. An optional webinar component for each week will be provided as a make-up in the event of a missed session.
