Combining current neuroscience research with traditional Yoga techniques, this workshop draws on the potential of yoga therapy to transform your relationship to insomnia. Addressing trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, as well as waking up tired, we'll work together to customize an easy at-home practice for you to effectively manage your sleep over the long-term.
The three sessions occur biweekly, over the course of a month, to create the most potential for lasting benefits.
