In the Yoga tradition, there are five layers of human experience, called koshas. These layers include not only the physical body, but also more subtle layers of the energetic, mental, and emotional Self. Utilizing asana and somatics-based movement practices, as well as mudra, mantra, breathwork, and guided meditations, we’ll spend an afternoon tapping into our own innate wholeness.
